This August, Meghan shared a single class at Colibri Festival – a golden offering called Liquid Love.
Liquid Love was a movement poem: a slow, sensual, silken flow where breath and body became a love song. Together we moved like liquid honey, each ripple a thread weaving us deeper into presence. No rush. No push. Just devotion dripping from every gesture.
It was a love letter to the body, a prayer in motion, a remembering of fluidity and tenderness.
Thank you to everyone who joined this silk-threaded ritual at Colibri. Your presence made the class shimmer.

Barcelona Yoga Conference Recap
This summer, the Barcelona Yoga Conference became a luminous gathering of breath, sweat, and community – a vibrant weaving of practices and people from all over the world.
Over four days, Meghan guided daily 3h45m workshops – deep dives into embodied alchemy, playful exploration, and the intelligence of the moving body. Each session became its own living poem, shaped by curiosity, connection, and the moment.
On July 7, the immersion day unfolded as a full bloom: six spacious hours of practice, opening into wildness, wisdom, and whimsy. Together, we leaned into presence, softened into play, and moved as one flowing field.
With deep gratitude to everyone who stepped into this rhythm – your energy and openness made the experience sing.
Motion Potion: The Elixir of Embodied Wisdom

Motion Potion Recap
This weekend in Antwerp, we shared a journey through the sacred potion of movement – an elixir brewed not in bottles, but in bodies. Together, we awakened, stirred, steeped, and finally embodied the transformative power of motion. Due to an incredible response to people wanting to join we decided to move to a much larger venue to accommodate all the interest and we had over 80 yogis join the journey at Waagnatie in Antwerp!
The First Sip invited us to awaken the body’s intelligence, tasting the first drops of presence and alchemical flow. Stirring the Elements deepened our exploration of mastery through rhythm, play, and refinement. Steeping Elixiroffered the patience to slow down, revisit, and learn from repetition, honoring the wisdom that emerges over time. And The Final Pour allowed the elixir to fully integrate, leaving a sense of embodiment, fluidity, and grace.
Thank you to everyone who moved, breathed, and shared presence together. Your curiosity, openness, and devotion brought the potion to life, leaving a lingering magic in every ripple, spiral, and pause.

Two weeks in Mallorca, two weeks of curiosity, rhythm, and playful transformation. In Week One – Ignite the Spark, we explored the flickers of our passions, rediscovering what lights us up through movement, breath, and creative exploration. Week Two – Embody the Wild invited us to surrender to our natural rhythms, to move freely, trust our instincts, and dance with the untamed essence within.
Together, these weeks became an odyssey of presence, reflection, and joyful alchemy. From flowing morning practices to grounding evenings, from nourishing meals to shared laughter, the retreat was a space to reconnect with our bodies, our creativity, and our deepest curiosities.
Thank you to everyone who played, laughed, moved, and remembered themselves in this wild, beautiful dance. Your openness and presence brought the alchemy to life, leaving ripples of magic long after the final bow.
